My daughter's car was broken down with a flat tire at this location. She said she spoke with someone on the phone and explained her situation. When she returned the next day, her car had been towed to a towing company on Cook Street. My daughter called the location and found out that her car had accrued a nice bill at the tow place, 342.00 +some change for a one night stay. Great customer service and communication
Here to give praise to o Riley’s spring grove location, but mostly the store manage Jessica. I witnessed her greet customers,help co workers office/warehouse, answer the phone and ring me out all in a 5 min service. With a smile She’s the reason I’ll always come back to that location
Went downhill the past couple years. Had 5 people cut in front of me and all I wanted to do was buy two quarts of oil.
