I needed an ignition coil. I walked in and bought a brand new one. I walked out, installed the new one. It Got me back on the road.
This location always has the part you need.
I wouldn't go to the spring Grove avenue store if you're white. You'll be ignored. I went in there because my battery was dying in my van. Stood there for 10 minutes three employees just walking by me wouldn't even acknowledge or ask if they could help me. Terrible customer service. If you're white don't spend money at this store
Spring Grove ave Cincinnati Ohio: Manager kept distracting the sells person that was helping me. Manager asked him to pull a part twice while the sells person was helping me . Once I paid I carry half to my car came back and got the other half and was accused of stealing and he threatened to call police. Wow I returned everything I purchased
