Tee and Jessica are my new favorite people, they really did their due diligence on our battery, gonna come here anytime I have issues now. They got excited when they helped us save money.
According to hours posted on the huge sign out front they are open till 9. Came at 8:50 on 8/2 for a quick return, door was locked. Employee behind the counter made eye contact with me and walked in the back. Sat outside for a couple minutes and he never came back out. So annoying when this is the last errand I had to run after a long day. Be open when you say you are open. Useless.
This is a wonderful O'Reilly. Twice they have helped me with my needs. My rear view mirror came off my windshield. I am a senior lady and don't know anything about cars. The young lady there put my mirror back on for me. She is very polite and helpful
