This is a wonderful O'Reilly. Twice they have helped me with my needs. My rear view mirror came off my windshield. I am a senior lady and don't know anything about cars. The young lady there put my mirror back on for me. She is very polite and helpful
I came here one evening frustrated with my Sonata, I simply explained to Rasheed what was happening he actually diagnosed my problem just by me explaining what the car was doing, Once I had it towed to Hyundai on Colerain Ave they said my problem was exactly what Rasheed had diagnosed it to possibly be. I will never go anywhere else other than O’Reilly Auto Parts !
I went up to Galbreath Road O’Reillys this afternoon. After going to a few other parts stores unsuccessfully, I called this location and they said they could read the codes for my ABS on my truck. Willa and the other gentleman at the front desk were quick to help me. She came out and scanned my truck with a smile. The codes information she provided me saved me a lot of time and money. I will definitely be back to this location. .
