I went up to Galbreath Road O’Reillys this afternoon. After going to a few other parts stores unsuccessfully, I called this location and they said they could read the codes for my ABS on my truck. Willa and the other gentleman at the front desk were quick to help me. She came out and scanned my truck with a smile. The codes information she provided me saved me a lot of time and money. I will definitely be back to this location. .
Donavan was great and personable. He was very nice and helped me find everything I needed quickly.
Paid for cabin air filter today @ approx. 10:30am. Not ready for pickup in an hour and still haven't gotten a response on the item status @ 10:30pm. Poor customer service. Well the customer service is even worse today. Stopped by to pick up my filter and the lights were on but nobody was here. Yes, normal operating hours. I'm not shopping here in the future.
