Mr.Pleasant the Manager here obviously cares about his staff and customers. Willing to help carry parts to the car, took the time to remember my name and get the parts I need in a timely manner. I think this is the best pets store in town.
I love that my purchase history is saved, making it easy to reorder parts! Mike, the manager, is incredibly helpful and always gives his full attention, whether the store is busy or not. It's clear that he values customer service, which keeps me coming back!
I came here on a hope and a whim. I know that this is a auto parts store but I had no idea that it actually extends to help lawn and garden. Mike the manager was so helpful and his knowledge of parts and customer solutions is unrivaled. Not to mention I was able to get a whole socket set with every tool that I needed for performing maintenance on my lawn mower and weed eater for under $25 after tax.
