I needed stuff they had it, helped get my van going again
We had ordered a new battery from O’Reilly after looking up and seeing they could replace the battery. After waiting an hour for a tow truck and finally getting to this location we were told the person behind the counter could not replace the battery. I ended having to call someone else and they drove over an hour to replace the battery in O’Reilly’s parking lot. Not only did we spend our entire night trying to figure it out (in cold temps) but now i am out $163 for a tow that was no longer needed since they wouldn’t replace... read more
