Jason explained to me that my car was too old to have wiper refills available but I could buy new wipers that he could install. He did that. The wipers work great. The older gentleman was very helpful too. I highly recommend this store for auto parts. They explained why the refills themselves were not available separately. This is a very helpful store and they have great expertise and great products.
I was there on Friday night buying license plate screws and mentioned to the younger clerk that they were rusted on. Unprompted he grabbed a screwdriver and came out to see if he could turn them. Did not get his name but it said Damien on the receipt. Every time I have been here everyone working has gone above and beyond to be helpful, very rare these days. Thank you again.
Another great experience at this location! Justin and Lucas were more than happy to assist me with changing out the battery in my key fob. This is my go to store for help! Such a friendly atmosphere!
I went to the Loveland store today for some new license plate screws. Mine were rusted. Jason did a wonderful job changing the screws out for me. He went above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you Jason.
