Just went into this location and asked for help, the manager mumbled something inaudibly and took a phone call instead of addressing my issue. Zero urgency to help the only customer in a completely empty store. So I went across the street to AutoZone and was helped right away. Stay away from this store, horrible customer service.
Great customer service. Had a problem with a fuel injector connector. The store manager, D J Martin, tried to help me figure out how to fix the part rather than have to buy an entire new one. Also helped contact Ford and provide my part number since they couldnt order it from their other suppliers. Had just stopped at Autozone across the street before stopping in to OReilly. The guy there said go to Ford. Never going there again. Always going back to OReilly now.
