Gotta show some love to the staff at O'Reilly Auto Parts Florence, KY #2091 who looked out for me on my way out of town when my car broke down( gas line broke) on my way Tennessee.. I had never done any mechanical repairs before other than change a bulb and battery.They got me back up and running...Thanking TMH for favor.....
This location is always willing to help - and it always seems to be in the bitter cold! I would’ve given 5 stars, but the f-bomb got dropped several times in conversation- not good!
The staff at the Dixie Hwy location are always polite and helpful. Really appreciate that you take the time to listen to your customers and that the counter staff is engaged even with my young son.
Thank you for helping me with my wipers and the bandaid when I tried to do it myself...your a girls best friend!!!!!!
