Just wondering how much longer OReilly’s going to stay in business .. no one answers the phone same with the Erlanger store .. might be a manpower shortage.. to cheap to pay a halfway starting pay ..

Friendly staff always willing to help with my needs? Most of the employees are fairly knowledgeable of many automotive issues and can help guide you to the parts and sometimes the solution to the problem.
The woman who is there doesn't know anything about parts and doesn't know how to serve the public. Super bad service.
