I went to Auto Zone and I asked for help changing my headlight; they laughed at me. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and found there is still 5 star costumer service in America. Chuck is the MAN and went over and above and did it like a pro! Thank you so much Chuck!!!!
About two months ago, I ended up at O’Reilly auto parts in dire need of a replacement windshield wiper. I drive a 2002 Honda Civic, and in a hilarious turn of events, the car was so emphatic in moving the blades that it flung one right off and into the road. We were unable to locate it and as a thunderstorm was coming, we headed to O’Reilly auto parts.
