Came in to pick up a part from Arkansas due to needing it right away. The estimated time for pickup was 1:10 pm. The first time I came in at 12:56 pm to see if it might be already due to the urgency the part I need the associate named Chloe seem bothered I was talking to her to look it up and told me it was here. I sat in the parking lot till 2 pm to cuz I couldn’t go anywhere without the part . I still have not got a notification at this point in time.
