Always friendly people and service is fantastic
Disappointment would be my impression of this location. I've worked for a competitor to this company in college for 3 years and helped a number of customers in the same situation I was in. The associate behind the counter was unwilling to help me find a belt that fit my 2004 Jeep Wrangler with a unique belt length situation. After first trying to fit a smaller belt and returning it the associate turned me away to avoid me trying to find longer one that fit. One of the employees actually crawled on the ground next to my car in the parking lot to ensure I was renting the right rental tool (for free). This place is outstanding. Also, their prices are cheaper than Amazon Prime, and the parts are better quality.
