Went to O'Reilly today on Irby Street, one man outside watching another man pu on his windshield wipers, didn't acknowledge me whenever I walked by. I walked in no one was at the counter or register. I found what I was looking for, but I wasn't sure it was the exact part. While I was walking out front, there was a man at the register who didn't bother to say cat, dog, boo or who!!! So I decided to spend my money elsewhere! Do better!!!
The employees at this store go above and beyond to assist. If they don't have what you need they call the competition to locate what you need. Always shop them first. Great customer service!
Very reasonable auto parts
The associate who looked to be in his 20's was very helpful in helping me find a belt that fit my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. This was a unique scenario in which my power steering pump failed requiring a much smaller belt than stock to bypass this pulley and the associate was there to help me every step of the way to finding the right length after being turned away at a different location. I can now limp my vehicle around town until I find a permanent solution! I'll probably be coming back to this location in the future to interact ... read more
