The associate who looked to be in his 20's was very helpful in helping me find a belt that fit my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. This was a unique scenario in which my power steering pump failed requiring a much smaller belt than stock to bypass this pulley and the associate was there to help me every step of the way to finding the right length after being turned away at a different location.
