I haven’t shopped oreilleys much, but had a great experience with Kieran. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly - and had the part I wanted. Their prices on oil are lower than autozone (but still much higher than Walmart), but the part price for house brand was a few dollars higher than AZone. But - compliments to Kieran for good customer service.
Great parts and service
I called ahead a day early, pre-ordered a part and oil change packages for three different vehicles. I was assured, everything would be ready, pulled and on the counter. I arrived my special order was there, but they had no idea who it was for or if it's the right part and nothing else was pulled. I did not have time to wait as we were on our way to where I needed these items. I had to purchase new wiper blades for my mother’s old 2007 car. Employee Kieran provided tremendous customer service. Not only did he find the most cost efficient product for her car, he removed the old wiper blades that were stuck in their current blade holder and installed the new ones. He explained every step he was performing with clear instructions. He was equally as personable as he was professional. He even wished me and my 94 year old mother a Happy Mother’s Day.😁
This store is amazing especially Kieran very friendly and helpful goes above and beyond to help you! Had a check engine light on and he helped figure out the codes and made sure to answer all my questions to the best of his ability, great guy and exceptional customer service!
