I went here today to inquire about changing the bulb on my 2009 accord. I called first to see if it could be done and the person on the phone was not knowledgeable enough about the type of vehicle I had so he said I would have to bring it up there. I said no problem. This was 1pm and I did inquire if it would be longer than 3pm as I needed to pick my daughter up from school. He said he was unsure based on how complicated it would be and to just come up there. I went in to buy antifreeze but asked the two young guys could they check my antifreeze and one of them said to me….. you don’t know how to do it yourself and we don’t get paid to do it! I told him that the employees do this for me every year. I went to your competitor and i won’t be back!!!! If the rules have changed then he could have been more polite about it. This guy was actually being very rude! I hope he wasn’t the manager! Bad look for this company! I am a woman by the way.
Jeff has instilled in his team a commitment to excellence in caring for their customers. From batteries to wipe blades to my check engine light today, this is the only auto parts store I trust. They are all courteous and helpful. Never a poor experience.
I’ve been coming to this store for awhile never had issues until the site manager banned me and I did nothing wrong I’ve spoke to other O’Reilly managers and they don’t even have a clue why someone would do that basically what happened the site manager said we could have a truck meet on Saturday that’s what one of the managers told me and I asked him are you sure doesn’t seem very professional to do something like that and the site lead ended up changing their minds and we said okay no issues and moved the meet somewhere els... read more
