Experience was ok had few questions but it seems that I need to figure better options for car care needs as products not matching what I'm looking for.
Adrian is such an amazing employee. He helped me change my battery with such a great attitude and was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would 100% ask for him again. The staff in general is very kind and attentive to your needs. I do feel bad because there was a crazy lady in there this morning that didn’t want to wait in line and lost her mind on them for “not helping her” when they were already tied up with other customers. Carlos and David are legit, they not only helped me out and went above and beyond but they also waited to make sure I got the right parts and stayed open passed the time to make sure I got it right, thanks O’Reilly, these guys are legit!
Guy was super helpful with a return I needed. The original product I purchased wasn't working well for my vehicle. He said this product normally doesn't take returns, but he managed to find a work around for me to exchange the product for a different one. Definitely coming back to this location because he was so awesome
