Recommendedface to face help is on point, getting them to answer the phone well that's a completely different story! It's a shame that the mgr isn't graded on prompt phone service! in person service 5 stars phone's I wouldn't give a pack of chewing gum let alone 1 star!
No sooner did I pull into the lot when my car started smoking- Tim came out helped diagnose the issue, even got me a wrecker and a shop to work on my hybrid sonata. I think he went above and beyond- giving 5 stars for sure! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I found the level of service lacking. I was told that store personnel would provide assistance with placing item on my car. The manager’s response when I asked: ‘the surface needs to be clean’. There was no attempt to assist. As someone with a deficiency in auto care, it would’ve been nice to walk outside & take 5 mins to help. I don’t expect good customer service most places and this confirmed my expectations.
After wasting tons of money with Autozone, I finally decided to tryout O’Reilly’s And I found this to be the absolute best place to get automobile parts the service at this location store number 1447 is outstanding I had no trouble with Customer Service or Management they have been very nice and accommodating I would recommend this store to anyone looking for the right parts the first time with no hassle
The commercial parts people goes the extra to find your part needed
The store on North Slappey in Albany needs better store manager. Trish is a very disrespectful woman! Asking District and Region Manager to investigate asap!
Could not ask for better service than at O'Reilly Auto Parts.
