John is incompetent and then defensive when his mistakes are pointed out. It's wholly unacceptable. He needs a lesson in car parts (why do girls know more about car parts than him???) and also in customer service. Id highly recommend that you go to the Rincon store instead!

I want to thank the guy who helped me tonight in my time of need with my headlight! I believe his name was Matt. He helped me even though it was pouring rain and didn't complain one bit. I felt so bad but I greatly appreciated the help and his awesome customer service. I think I apologized to him at least ten times and he said "it's ok, don't worry about it". Thank you so much for your help!! I have always had great service from this store and I will continue to use them for all my auto part needs!! Thanks again.
