Leland was an awesome hand in helping me warranty my battery i purchased at another store. Very professional and assuring through the process, as he had to let the battery do a charge and test which took a while, but it was still an easy process and I felt prioritized throughout my whole experience! I will never go to NAPA or Autozone ever again!
wanted to get some parts for my car but nobody was up front to help me. eventually found someone down one of the back room aisles sitting in a chair and playing on their phone. this is ridiculous, i'm going to NAPA.
