The staff at O'Reilly Auto Parts are always friendly and helpful, making it easy to find what I need. However, I’ve noticed that their inventory can be a bit hit or miss, so I sometimes leave empty-handed. Overall, a decent place for auto parts but could use a wider selection.
This O'Reillys has people that are willing to help you with any questions. And when I went to leave, customer service was great. And the guy behind the counter Mike. Made it easier for all of my stuff putting it in the box. Something that doesn't get done anywhere else.
I needed a code read, Miguel read the code and printed to form for me as John walked in. He asked John if he could better explain what was going on, and John not only explained it fully, but he actually came out to my car, topped off my oil for me. Showed me how bad it was, then helped me with buying more oil and making sure my car was safe to drive. He just started his shift too.
