Went in to seek help yesterday for a part that I wasn't familiar with and was answered with o I'm not a mercy so I wouldn't know and then was helped anyway and was met with disrespectful comments so I turned around and walked out.Very poor customer service and incompetence at this site so my business went elsewhere and will continue to go to other stores
Called the store needing parts and was broke down at exit 98. Amazing response from the store and they brought me the parts i needed.
Everytime I've called to price a part, I'm left on hold for 5 minutes or I just get hung up on... go to the fairlawn store! They'll take care of you.
