Super thankful for these folks at O’Reilly on Cumming Hwy. I had a flat tire and tried in vain to get swollen lug nuts off (threw everything at them but the kitchen sink!). Eventually, thanks to O’Reillys parts and a kind fellow customer who helped us out in the parking lot, we were finally able to get the old nuts off, put on the spare, and our brand new (capless!) lug nuts on. Thankful for these hard work and determination of Mason from the store! Very kind folk over here- they will do everything they can to assist!
Top tier service. You wont regret going there for your vehicle needs trust me. Doug needs a bonus and a raise asap!!
Helpful staff
My wife’s battery died while next door to this store. After she got it jump started, I told her to have o’Reilly to test her battery. It was bad. He told her he can’t change the battery because his computer says it he can’t do it due to the complexity. I had to leave the house to come do a simple task. I had the battery out in 2 mins.
