Manager should put a sign on back door (employees only) or lock it. Was in the area, needed to recycle oil. I usually go to Alpharetta or Cumming location for this... their policy is walk through back door with the oil, pour in container, sign log book. Been doing it for years. When in back door this morning, greeted by an employee, he said let me cut the seal, they just emptied it..I asked where the log book was? He said, don't worry about filling it out. Super thankful for these folks at O’Reilly on Cumming Hwy. I had a flat tire and tried in vain to get swollen lug nuts off (threw everything at them but the kitchen sink!). Eventually, thanks to O’Reillys parts and a kind fellow customer who helped us out in the parking lot, we were finally able to get the old nuts off, put on the spare, and our brand new (capless!) lug nuts on. Thankful for these hard work and determination of Mason from the store! Very kind folk over here- they will do everything they can to assist!
