Very kind and helpful staff. Sparky even likes going to O'Reilly's!
Stopped by about 5 mins before close just to check a friend's car that was acting strange. The staff were super helpful, friendly, and gave some thoughts on what to do. They quickly searched for some stuff to help us out in a pinch. I'm blown away by their willingness to help at such a late moment. Not a single complaint or frustration was mentioned. Really appreciate it. Sorry I didn't catch any names
The manager I spoke to, Cassie was rude and didn’t order what I needed. I had more help from the teenager running the store by himself. I hope things get better there but I won’t be back to find out.
