Just a huge THANK YOU to the staff at O'Reilly today. I spent 40 minutes across the street at AutoZone only to be told by an incredibly rude employee they if they can't see the battery, they won't change it. (Randall was rude and if my son wasn't there with me when you raised your voice to me, it would have probably been the last day of your employment!) Orlando at O'Reilly is awesome!!!
