Stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts for brake pads and had a genuinely great experience. The staff were super helpful in making sure I got the right fit for my car, and they explained everything in a way that actually made sense (no confusing car jargon overload 🙌). Literally the greatest Orielly's ever and it is because of their Manager Tory! I travel everywhere and am constantly using Orielly and no store is even close to how Tory runs his store! His customer service and how he treats his customers is incredible! If he doesn't have the answers he finds it or parts he finds it. Great store and staff!
Troy was extremely helpful! Very friendly and had me back on the road quickly. And he gave us a great deal on a battery. Will definitely be going back to this O’Reilly next time I need help.
