O’ Reilly’s in Smithfield is my “go to” auto parts store. Tory is super helpful when I need something, not to mention, Tory is very knowledgeable and courteous every time I go there for something. I really appreciate that I am never made to stupid when I am looking for something. Store is clean, organized, and friendly. 5 stars!
I needed some help getting a new battery and some other parts to fix my brakes. Not only did the staff make me feel welcome, they were quick to help me with what I needed, very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely make this store my go to from now on.
The manager Tory, comes off as rude and incompetent. Seems like he makes his employees do almost everything while he stands back and watches.
