My daughter took her Jeep to have alternator tested. She was told they only had two employees working and it was almost dark. It was 7:15pm. Sunset was not for over an hour. You can bet I won't buy the supplies She needs at O'Reillys.
The service was absolutely horrible!!!! They told us they had thirty batteries come in to be exchanged. My husband said they must have got a bad batch because we bought the one for our daughter’s car a month ago. They made us endure a 90 minute test. We live forty five minutes away and our daughter’s car was a half an hour in the opposite direction broke down. My husband is a mechanic, so he explained exactly why he knew it was the battery.
