Disappointed in the lack of service at this location. This incident happened on 6-1-25. I wanted the date to be known for a potential training experience for the employee. I walked in and asked for the individual to test my battery. There are signs all over the front of the building that states they do multiple testing procedures on vehicles. I had a great experience with Donnie. He really helped me out by changing my headlights for me. He worked proactively and efficiently, I was very pleased.
Lately the experience that I have had at O'REILLY have not been good. Like they will hire anyone that has no experience or don't take pride in their job. Tonitown & Siloam Springs, AR, I will never use again. They will sell you wrong parts and even if you tell them that is the wrong one & price, come on guys care about your job and use some common sense
Employees were very helpful and respectful. Great group of guys. Thank you helping a mom in need.
