I went into the store last night to see the store manager and was told that she is no longer there. I left the store fuming, 4 months ago I was in the store having issues with my car Veda the store manager took the time to help me, i recently joined the military fresh from high school. Veda told me it was my battery she priced out the batteries that they have I asked her if I can make a phone call to see if I could get some help with the best battery, I called every one I know and they couldn’t help me with a battery, I went... read more
Night lady manager is rude, would rather have an autozone in bennett
Terrible store went to get new headlights indoor my car and I had asked if they can help me replace the bulb as I’m recovering from surgeries, was told it would take an hour plus for this car type and they can’t cause going to close. I got home did it myself 10 minutes each side and caused myself more pain. Terrible customer service

These guys were incredibly rude, and short with my wife. Very sad to see as we spent our hard earned money with them. Incredibly unprofessional we will never be back. In addition we know a former employee that left that location for this reason. One word of advice to the training team at Oreillys (if they have one), fire who is in charge and actually start training
