They should have more employees like Derek. He's a very efficient and empathetic person. He does what the customer is told to do. He doesn't keep the customer waiting and provides a prompt solution to any problem they may have. I am a satisfied customer and very grateful for his service with my car battery. When other employees didn't take me into consideration, he did.
Replaced the 3 wiper blades on our RAV today. Derek offered to help me put them on. The wiper on the back was a little confusing. Derek did a wonderful job. I sure appreciate the extra steps that the employees take with customer service..
Great store
Some of the worst "autoparts" people at any store. If they cannot look it up in their computer, or deal with it from behind their little counter, they are completely useless. Any other autoparts store is better.
Corey was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service.
