One of the best O'Reilly auto parts I've been in over my +25 years getting parts for vehicles. Always nice and professional, knowledgeable staff and never a big delay on parts if not in stock. Thanks guys.
This place deserves 5 stars hands down, but Jim gets 10. Our Cadillac blew the water pump 15 miles south of Boulder, Jim got us the parts we needed by 3pm and we were back to repair the car. Well it wasn't the pump but the belt and we had no idea what we were going to do. I'm NOT a mechanic, and know just enough to get myself in trouble. Jim went above and beyond to ask some questions and help us out. We got all the tools we needed from Jim. He was courteous patient and very kind. Thank you Jim.

I want to take the time and highlight the great customer service offered us today 09/02/25 by an employee named Mason. His positive attitude helped us when we were stressed out on our way to Vegas and our pickup overheated near Boulder City. I wish more stores had great employees like Mason. Thank you.
Omg I want to cry I came to have my battery tested and this amazing lady she has blonde hair I can't remember was so freaking nice to me! I was getting ready to leave and mason said hey we found your information for a warranty your husbands name was spelt wrong I have 2 buy new tires to take my son to the opening of the bears football tournament in mesquite and their was no way I could get tires and a battery!!
