I want to take the time and highlight the great customer service offered us today 09/02/25 by an employee named Mason. His positive attitude helped us when we were stressed out on our way to Vegas and our pickup overheated near Boulder City. I wish more stores had great employees like Mason. Thank you.
Omg I want to cry I came to have my battery tested and this amazing lady she has blonde hair I can't remember was so freaking nice to me! I was getting ready to leave and mason said hey we found your information for a warranty your husbands name was spelt wrong I have 2 buy new tires to take my son to the opening of the bears football tournament in mesquite and their was no way I could get tires and a battery!! My car has been slow to start for a couple of days. When I arrived Mason seemed to be the only one there, and instead of just selling me a battery he made sure to test the old one first to verify that I more than likely needed a new one. He provided a few options depending on my needs. With the store being as busy as it was he was still pleasant and professional while installing my new battery. I was very pleased with the service I received.
Had what I needed and friendly staff.
Went in for transmission oil and was helped by the clerk & got what I needed! Like this place better than the Auto Zone just more friendly.
