Poor customer service, gen z at it again. Sent my wife here to get new windshield wipers while im out of town. Guy refused to help with make/ model. Then she figured it out. Wiper figured out now, except didn't think to show her where. Then when asked for help putting them on, proceeded to sigh at her. Seriously that's the only reason I had her go there. Definitely won't recommend or be back. Do better overseeing these people management, because I know you know better.
Got help from a young gentleman and a man during closing hours and they changed my light bulb out for me and replaced it with a new one so I could drive home safely. 10 out of 10 would recommend Especially when AutoZone next door denied me because they said they were closing and all the drawers were shut. Thanks guys for saving a single mom
After searching around Fenton. They called Grand Blanc for me and they had 6 of the parts I needed.
