Went to this store and hit their pothole in front of their entrance. Here is the response I got “Thank you for reaching out to us. We reached out to the Store Manager at that store and the Store Manager stated that the pot hole is located right outside of our entrance which would technically be considered city property. You would need reach out to the city and take this claim up the city of Lansing. “ Well, the city asks did O’Reilly reported it. No, sorry we can’t help you. Love to see no one is taking responsibility
When I went in tonight looking for a tool, the guy was clueless what I was looking for. Two minutes later I found what I was looking for by myself.
