One of the stupidest companies in our country. Had to daam near give DNA to get a shop discount.
Great staff, was watching a man getting yelled at by a customer because they didn't have the change for a hundred dollar bill. They handled it excellently and was polite to her until the very end. Customer service like that is hard to come by. Better selecting than auto zone for specific parts as well. Lots of parking and good prices.
When I went there on 08/06/2025 I ask the person can I get a warrant for a part then they got mad at me and when I ask for receipt both men got mad and RACIST profile me for that and when I left they recorded me and ten to call the police on me for no reason DONT RECOMMEND THIS SITE
Needed a battery tested and replaced. Went to AUTOZONE first and employee there said it was too difficult to reach the battery so he couldn’t replace it. Went to O’Reilly down the road and the employee Lane and a woman at the desk were friendly, attentive, and replaced it in minutes. Will now use O’Reilly instead of other places. Great job.
