Needed a battery tested and replaced. Went to AUTOZONE first and employee there said it was too difficult to reach the battery so he couldn’t replace it. Went to O’Reilly down the road and the employee Lane and a woman at the desk were friendly, attentive, and replaced it in minutes. Will now use O’Reilly instead of other places. Great job.
Amazing customer service and great selection. Greg made the entire trip worthwhile, without him I would've been in a bind. Highly commend this store and Greg specifically.
I went in in there, drag it in Greg. Any of you an Ian? I don't know if I spell it created. They help me go through the diagnostics. Hit me Figure out why I couldn't read the diagnostics to help me put the fuse in. They read everything and they told me what I needed to do, and they actually took the time to do it. I've been to a lot of auto mechanic places in auto parts stores and it never really come outside. These old school guys old enough to be my dad and my granddaddy came outside and help me.
