I will always come to this O’Reilly’s for diagnostics and battery for my vehicle. They are super helpful, fast and kind. Sometimes as ladies we can feel unseen or taken advantage of but not here. O’Reilly’s is the place to go for any car related needs! The staff members at this particular location are extremely kind and knowledgeable about cars. I was looking to replace my windshield wipers on my MINI Cooper Countryman and two gentlemen helped find a good replacement for them. Since the Countryman has a special part on their wipers, we weren’t able to find a wiper blade that would fit, but they gave me a recommendation off Amazon and free installation of the blades. Wonderful customer service!
I was having issues with my windshield wipers and Brendan was very knowledgeable and quick to address the issue and correct it with no time wasted! He swapped them out and had me on my way in a matter of minutes. He's a wonderful asset to that business!!!!
