A friend recommend visiting OReilly Auto Parts after I had 2 failed attempts to Auto Zone for assistance with a car battery. I spoke to Josh over the phone and headed straight over to the location on Ave K in Plano, TX. He truly went over and above to assist me and installed the car battery as well. I was so grateful for the speedy service. What a difference in customer service versus Auto Zone. Thank you again O Reillys!!!

Come here often to buy my stuff and I was recommended to an older gentleman who works out his truck outside the building very unprofessional peeing outside by the dumpster and hangs out in the lot day and night drinking with buddy’s .
