Well, in a first, I was refused oil disposal. I came in today and bought 3 quarts of redline 70w75 gear oil and said Im doing a drain and fill and would be bringing the fluid back. Came back with the fluid with a clear container, with some paper towels in it, and was told the oil is now contaminated. I've never heard anything more ridiculous in my life. Manager Demond assisted me with identifying the coolant that was compatible with my car on the cash register screen display, revealing the choices and prices available to me. Talk about excellent and fast service! I was replacing my brake and license plate bulbs, which were stuck on pretty good. I finally pulled up to O'Reilly s and Demond was behind the counter. Before I finished opening the door, I received a warm welcome. He proceeded to step outside and quickly loosen up the brake lights. We went inside to tackle the license plate bulbs, and Moe, who was now finished assisting another customer, came and together they worked at loosening the stubborn bulbs.
