I usually go to Poway O'Reilly but it'll probably be one of the last times I come to Ramonas. I went in for a few things and stood near the counter ready to be rung up but one of the employees at the computer didn't even acknowledge me and continued on the computer. The other employee was helping a customer but the customer decided to go shop in the aisles and that employee decided to ignore me as well. I left the stuff up front and went to Autozone across the street. All I needed was about two minutes to be rung up.
Always great service
I needed to have my battery tested and it turned out I needed a new one. Dana went above and beyond with not only testing it, but gave me three different battery options to purchase. Then even ran a diagnostic for me because my check engine light was on. Thank you Dana!
