The Ramona store is understaffed. It is quite possible for there to be exactly one person working the register and if the customer in front of you has a complex transaction like a return or needing a search through the catalog or the racks for parts you may find yourself waiting a ridiculously long time for what should be a quick checkout. I have witnessed others just putting their purchases down and walking out rather than waste their time on line.
Absolutely love this place! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help find exactly what I need for my car. They have a great selection of parts and tools, making every visit a breeze.
