The employees at the store are top-of-the-line people. Super helpful and knowledgeable and willing to go out of the way to help you out even when I was at the store before opened.
As a O'Reilly's shopper from way back starting with my brother Bob from Griffins on Harris St may he be RIP, I love that they took our raggedy family$ and now we have O'Reilly's there My heart is just elated to welcome them to our town. These guy's are wonderful, polite , helpful and very professional I could spend hours with them. F or all my needs I don't have yo ride to Rock Hill anymore, but I do miss you Vince my # 1 there man if we could have you here at our Fort Mill Store my life would be perfect. Yaaa Oreileys.
I mistakenly got a wrong part in a correctly labeled box. We didn't know that at first, but the guy there was super nice and was willing to help solve what the issue was. He grabbed a few parts and matched until we figured it out. Couldn't be more thankful making something stressful become a relief!
I use this O’Reilly almost daily. The company I work for has a huge fleet of vehicles and machines. The guys at this store go above and beyond to help us with parts. If they don’t have it in stock, they make sure to find it and make it available. Big thanks to Bradley, Rick, and Pete!!
This is long overdue..The guys here are super terrific! It's the only Auto parts store I go to. They are knowledgeable, polite and just can't say enough! Last time I went the young Assistant Manager helped me with a new battery. He got me a chair because I am handicapped while he installed my battery at no charge.He was very understanding of what I needed. He was super nice and kind! Everyone that works here are super terrific!
