Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful staff. It can be intimidating shopping for car parts as a woman, but they were very professional and honest—it was refreshing to feel respected!
Omg, the best customer service I've received in an auto parts shop. The man (Max? Or something like that) helping me found the part I needed in no time, and I felt welcome and respected in a way I never have at competitors. This is now my go to store.
