Came in because my ac stopped blowing cold air ask to be helped woman said of course she asked employee with curly hair to help he hesitated asked what’s wrong told me told me straight up go see mechanic I just walked out as I was I seen another employee coming in and asked him to help and he did with no problem
Today, 6-26-25 I was driving down 16 mile when I had an issue with my car. I pulled into O'Reilly Auto & went in. There was one person working & she had several customers. She approached everyone with a smile & helped all as quickly as she could. I needed a reading on my car to see what the problem was.
