Horrible customer service didn’t say hi didn’t help me find the light I needed for my vehicle didn’t even ask for my phone number for rewards employees were just standing talking to some kid walked up to the register took a moment for them to even recognize me I didn’t even use my military discount since it was so unprofessional I was just ready to leave
Shane provided a wonderful customer service, very helpful, very polite, experienced, thanks and greatly appreciated, such employees deserve the best position in the company, thanks to O’Reilly my favorite auto part store.
