Let's start off by saying; there's no comparison to you guys to autozone. I went to autozone and this manager. She wasn't too friendly to deal with the first time. She claimed when I went there this morning prior to you guys that she doesn't allow her techs to do anything to vehicles. She had an attitude. I'm like wow. I went next door and one of your workers there by the name of mike, not only took the time to assist, my situation came out to my vehicle and did whatever he possibly could to make sure.
