The staff don't adhere to the Governor's mandate of wearing mask. The staff told me the rezson why he doesn't enforce it was because he is not the fashion police. Customers were coming in with no mask and nothing was said to them at all. They were waited on with no problem. I'll never visit there again and telling everyone not to shop there!

Came in to get a blinker bulb for my daughters beetle because the socket changed and it was not the one it claimed to be. Brad took the time to look through the bulbs and found the one that worked!!! Thanks for your time and great cuatomer service !
went to return my item they wouldn't give me my money back or my parts in the Taylor police department had to get involved and then the officer gave me my parts back and said that he couldn't force them to give me my money and I just went to a different O'Reilly's and get my money back thank you Taylor police department and fuck O'Reillys all of them especially the one on telegraph in Taylor
good to have auto parts so close to home but no one at counter 3 to 4 people working but nobody at counter can be the only customer and have to wait 10 min to get someones att. only go to this store if i have lots of time
