Every time I go in to buy anything, the dummy behind the counter always gives me wrong information I didn't ask for. First time is when I bought coolant and the lady tried to tell me I needed dex-cool. Good thing I didn't listen. The most recent time is when I asked to buy a wheel bearing assembly and the guy tried to tell me i needed a special machine and a mechanic. Take whatever nonsense they tell you and go to any other auto parts store and watch it be the opposite.
I went in to look for jumper cable. So I ask the guy at the front where it was at and he responded back saying "they're where they're at.." How are we as customers suppose to react to this?! Never again will we shop there. Please hire employees with manners and respect. Or else your business will be paying for the loss.
Clean and very curteous staff. always a pleasure to shop there!
