I made 4 trips to 3 different hardware stores yesterday trying to find the right size nut for the battery cover on my bike. When I came into the store it was close to the end of the night. Jen called JP Cycles customer service to try get a parts spec. When they couldn't provide the info she called her husband with a similar bike who suggested a couple of different sizes. We found the right one!!! Thank you for the extra help!
I was having major problems with my older battery dying out in this frigid cold weather. The last guy from the Motor Club suggested I get this particular new battery to have installed and said to go to an O’Reilly store. I ended up at the store in Hazel Park where they had the battery I needed. Everyone was helpful ... but I must mention Thomas who rose to the occasion, went above and beyond and kindly installed my new battery in frigid cold temperatures! What a great guy and great service!
