I needed a battery for my Saturn Vue and a young man by the name of Matt, not only sold it to me but installed it for me as well. I asked if they were allowed to tak tips, he said yes but when I went to give him $5., he refused to take it. My radio decided to stop working when I started up my car, he came back out and checked all my fuses, which were fine. This young man is definitely an asset to your company! He has a great grasp of what customer service is all about.
