This week was my first visit to an O'Reilly's ever. I purchased a battery and had it installed. During installation, a mistake was made and my fuse was blown. The managers tracked down a new fuse, fixed everything for me, and had me back up and running as soon as possible. Realistically, everyone makes mistakes. But it's how they handled it that made the difference. Not once did they question me, act like it was my fault, or deny accountability. Edit (07/04/2026): This man chose the completely wrong battery for my key fob AND put it back together wrong… tryna tell me I need to go to a whole dealership to fix his laziness and poor choices. Fixed it myself. Tight. Not coming back to this location. Original: The incompetence is CRAZY. I came in yesterday afternoon to get a battery for my car’s key fob. I drive a 2014 Subaru Forester. My key is not fancy. It has lock/unlock/panic and a physical key that sticks out from the bottom of the fob. It does not remote start. As... read more
