I went to make two auto parts purchases today. William was excellent in customer service and sales. He was very knowledgeable and even gave me options to the differences in the parts and brands. I am happy that I O'reilly have such great associates taking care of customers.
Extremely rude and unprofessional employees starting conflicts with customers and telling them to go outside to fistfight them
Recently purchased a radiator for a repair. Parts counter opened the box to make sure it included hardware so I didn’t have to make another trip mid job. Appreciate taking an extra step so I didn’t have too.
