Purchased new wipers for my SUV. The assistant manager was very rude. Said two words in 20 minutes. And if this is the way he is training his new employees, this Establishment is destined to fail. Paying customers just simply will not tolerate being treated this way. This is exactly why box stores are getting few and far between.
Had a weird situation where I needed to secure an object that was challenging. The staff was very helpful with going over how to secure it and made sure I didn't get the wrong parts.
Not my first choice for auto parts. Seems to be a more expensive option.
Competitively priced and knowledgeable staff that is willing to help no matter how off the wall your question is.
