My husband took the car up there because the engine light was on. He was told it needed an air mass flow sensor. The part was not cheap. My husband put it on and problem solved we thought. The next day same thing. We took it some place else and it not the problem. I called back to O'Reilly's to get my money back and was told to bring the piece in for a refund. The piece is on the car and the old one is in the trash because we thought that was the problem. I am VERY UPSET with the company and will not be going back
My windshield wiper ripped from the ice accumulating on my windshield on this 3 degree snowy day. My husband told me to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts because they helped him in the past. A gentleman named Scott had just finished helping another customer in the freezing cold and he went back out to put the new windshield wiper blades on my vehicle. Now that's customer service. Thanks again Scott.
