Just walked into your store. around 8:40pm. The person working there no hi how can I help you? are you finding everything ok? No he is just worried about his cell phone. So you just lost a customer and a future customer. The worst customer service and no one person isn't going to make a difference, but Twitter, Insta gram, Facebook, and word of mouth will. So now I know why I am going to Auto Zone and have been. All's I needed was simple things. Sad just sad.
