Stopped by to get coolant for my vehicle. The coolant I needed was there, on the shelf to sell in abundance, but wasn’t registered in there system when they rang it up. Since it wasn’t registered they didn’t sell it to me. There should be someone there with the expertise to handle situations like that instead of saying I can’t get the item I used my time and gas to come get. Please fix this issue as it’s not on the customer, but the store and its management.
