The people at O'Reilly's in Jennings MO were wonderful.
I went to this location, in the evening time a couple days ago, the girl that was working, was on the phone and was making fun of a previous customer. She was loud, and disturbing with how and what she was saying. I was in utter shock at the nastiness that was coming out of this young lady while she is at her place of employment. I had questions regarding a part I was needing, but after hearing how annoyed and disgusted she was with other customers I immediately changed my mind and left across the street to auto zone . Have you really looked into the poor customer service? Because the worker you had yesterday 8-1-24 around 5-530p was very disappointing, letting me know he did not want my business, Please provide name ids for your workers because the other service rep was very polite and helpful. I truly believe you as a owner will know the one from the other! Still concerning taking my business to another location but I will wait to see if there's any improvement! Thank you!
