Went today to get stuff to change my oil for the first time by myself. Ryan helped me out, it was obvious he was busy, but he still managed to help me out and get everything I needed for me. Even gave me pointers on what to do without being overbearing. Everything a girl could want from someone on a topic she is unsure of. Will definitely be back to this store specifically for his assistance. Thanks Ryan!

On more than one occasion, I have called the store to have one of the women working there actually check if they have the item that their site says they do. Again today, they checked and said tht they had the part. I ride my bike miles there to pick it up, only to be told by one of the girls that they do not have the part. I have decided I will no longer go there because they screw up more than they do right. Most of the guys that work there are good, but if they are not there, you are in trouble.
