I recently went in, and bought oil for my truck. I go to change my oil and it is used oil! I called the store and had to essentially demand a new gallon of oil.. the guy working was incredibly rude, then they accused me of stealing the oil and banned me from the store! I called the manager back to talk to him about it, he was a massive jerk about it and continued to accuse me of stealing. Real great job hiring O'Reilly's!
The staff went above and beyond to help me find a part that I needed that day. Awesome store for sure!
